Catalog
Your product master: create products, manage SKUs and batches, set compliance data, and publish to the menu.
The product list
Catalog lists every product with stock and sales context. Search by product, brand, SKU, tags… and use the gear to choose columns — SKU, Brand, Category, Size, Strain, Vendor, THC, Cost, Price, Shelf / Vault, Sold 30d, Status, and more.
Cataloging an incoming product
- Press Catalog incoming.
- Fill in Product Name, SKU / barcode, Category and Subcategory, Vendor, Strain, THC %, Cost, and Price.
- Enter starting vault / shelf quantities and the compliance weight fields, then save — stock is live immediately.
Tip For deliveries with a Metrc manifest, use Receiving instead — it maps packages to catalog products and handles labels in one flow.
The product detail page
Open any row for metrics (On Hand, Sold 30d, Unit Cost, Compliance, Batches) and the full editor:
- Website — On website publishes it to your online menu; Retired product hides it everywhere.
- Details — name, brand, category, size / pack, vendor, strain and type, THC %, cost, price, tags, description, photos, and custom variables.
- Compliance — limit category (flower / concentrate / infused / other), weight per unit (g), THC mg per unit. These drive purchase-limit math at the register.
- Chemistry — batch ID, lab name, full analyte panel (THC, CBD, minor cannabinoids, terpenes), and Upload COA (CSV / XLSX / PDF).
Below the editor: SKUs, Batch History (printable), and Linked Names (vendor aliases). Press Save Product when done.
