Receiving deliveries

Scan Metrc packages or import a manifest, verify counts, map to catalog, and print labels — one worksheet.

Start a receive

  • Scan — paste or scan a Metrc package barcode and press Lookup.
  • Incoming transfers — with Metrc connected, press Refresh transfers and Import manifest to pull the whole delivery in.
  • Drafts — unfinished receives wait under Draft receive orders with Resume / Discard.

The worksheet: Progress Tracker per package

Each line walks through the same checklist:

  1. Verify the Counted qty against the manifest (flag a discrepancy reason if they differ) and tick Count confirmed.
  2. Enter Potency (THC %) and Expiration date.
  3. Split the units To shelf / To vault.
  4. Map the package to a catalog product — or create one on the spot (Create & link with brand, category, size, cost, price).

When every tracker is complete, press Receive to post the whole order into inventory.

After receiving: labels

The confirmation screen offers Print all shelf labels and Print all vault tub tags (or per-package buttons). Press Done and the stock is live for restock tasks and the register.
