Inventory & restock

Restock tasks, quantity adjustments, move sheets, and cycle-count audits — the floor’s daily rhythm.

Inventory Hub: restock the floor

InventoryInventory Hub shows prioritized restock tasks with reasons like Can Fit Rest, Low Shelf, New SKU Check, Velocity Watch, and Not On Shelf.

  1. Open a task — it shows shelf vs vault counts and how many units fit.
  2. Print a shelf label if it’s a new SKU, set the move quantity, and press Move.
  3. If the vault tub emptied, answer Print vault tub tag?Print Tag or Skip Tag.

The embedded inventory search covers every room: row actions include Move, Adjust Quantity…, Print Shelf Label, Print Vault Tub Tag, Edit Details, and Destroy.

Adjusting quantities (with a paper trail)

Adjust Quantity… takes a signed change (±), the room (Shelf / Vault), a ReasonCount correction, Damage, Theft / loss, Expired, Sample, Found stock, Other — and an optional note. Every adjustment lands in the audit trail and the Inventory Adjustments report.

Move Sheets

Move Sheets is the log of every vault-to-shelf move by date — browse with the date arrows or calendar, search, and delete mistaken entries.

Inventory audits (cycle counts)

  1. Inventory AuditsNew audit: scope it by rooms and categories, then Start Audit.
  2. Count each line: Confirm a counted number, Match when it agrees with the system, Investigate anything odd.
  3. Finish with Complete Audit (or Complete Partial). If there are variances and Metrc is connected, choose Complete without Metrc or Adjust in Metrc with an adjustment reason.

Rooms and restock logic

SettingsRooms defines where stock lives (defaults: Shelf, Vault, Promos, Allocated Promos, Holding, Quarantine). SettingsRestock Logic tunes Capacity Watch and Velocity Watch — the rules that generate restock tasks — and Apply Restock Logic Now re-runs them on demand.
