Checking guests in

Look up a profile, create one, or check in a guest or anonymous walk-in — with ID verification built in.

Check in a returning customer

Type a name in the guestlist search and press Enter, or tap New Customer → the Check in screen.
Search by name or phone. Each match shows type, visit count, and loyalty points.
Tap the customer, confirm I verified their photo ID today (optionally keep it marked verified), and press Check In.

They land in In Store (employees land in Employee) and the toast reminds you: open their card to choose Standard or Fulfillment.

Check in: search profiles by name or phone, or use New Customer, Guest, or Anonymous.

New customer profiles

New Customer opens the full profile form: first/last name, phone, email, date of birth, Adult-use / Medical type, ID number and state, In state / Out of State residency, plus flags for Employee, Veteran (qualifies for veteran discounts), and Photo ID verified today.

Press Save & Check In to create the profile and put them in line in one step.

Why profiles matter Date of birth, residency, and med status drive purchase-limit checks at checkout — and profiles earn loyalty points.

Guest and anonymous check-ins

Guest — a named ticket without a profile. Pick a lane (In Store, Queue, Ready to Go, Employee) and go.
Anonymous — instant ticket, no name at all. Tagged Rec + Out of State so limits are enforced at their strictest.

Heads up Unprofiled guests are treated as out-of-state adult-use for purchase limits, and the charge screen asks you to confirm you checked a government photo ID.

Editing a profile from the register

Any ticket card has a Profile button (or Edit Profile on the open ticket). It opens the same form as Store HQ — update the phone, med card, veteran flag, or notes and press Save profile without leaving the register.
