Compliance & Metrc
Illinois purchase limits, age and ID enforcement, the audit log, and the live Metrc connection.
What the Compliance page covers
Compliance has five tabs: Overview (profile, caps, issues at a glance), Settings, Audit log, Age & ID (customers with missing / failing ID data), and Migration (import customers and sales history from CSV with preview → commit).
Enforcement settings
The Settings tab holds the Illinois profile (minimum ages, adult-use daily caps, medical allotment) and the enforcement toggles:
- Enforce age/ID at check-in & checkout
- Enforce purchase limits at checkout
- Require date of birth on customer
- Require photo ID verified before sale
- Require government ID number on file
- Exempt employees from purchase limits
Reset to Illinois defaults restores the standard rule set. These settings drive the live banner budtenders see on every ticket.
Connecting Metrc
- Settings → Integrations → Metrc · Illinois seed-to-sale.
- Enter your License number, Facility name, and User API key, then press Connect.
Once connected you can Sync packages, Pause posting / Resume posting, and watch the queue of recent jobs (sales receipts, voids, audit adjustments). Receiving pulls incoming transfers from the same connection.
