Tickets
Tickets, pick lists & the vault
Standard vs Fulfillment, sending pick tickets to the vault, scanning packages, and add-ons.
Choose the workflow: Fulfillment or Standard
Opening a fresh ticket asks how it will be filled:
- Fulfillment — build a pick list and submit it to the vault printer. Vault staff pull and scan the product. Use this when budtenders don’t go into the vault.
- Standard — you pull the product yourself and charge at this register.
Tip You can switch later with Switch to Standard / Switch to Fulfillment in the ticket header — e.g. when a barcode won’t scan.
Fulfillment: build and submit the pick list
- Add items with Search Products or by scanning — they appear under Pick list · to scan.
- Press Submit Fulfillment Order. The pick ticket prints in the vault and the card shows At vault on every register.
- If the vault printer is offline you’ll see “Sent to vault · printer warning” — the ticket is still queued for scanning.
Vault staff (on an HQ station or any register) open the ticket and scan each package. Progress shows as 2/5 scanned on the card.
Filling: scan or Assign Product
- Scan each package barcode — matches count toward the pick list (“Scanned onto ticket”). Scans beyond the list are flagged EXTRA; off-list scans become exceptions.
- Assign Product — when a barcode won’t read, pick the product manually to fulfill the line.
When everything is pulled the ticket shows Filled — ready to Notify the guest or Charge.
Add-ons: the guest wants one more thing
- On a filled or standard ticket press Add On.
- Add the extra items and press Submit Add On — a slip prints in the vault and the card shows a teal ADD ON · N to pull banner until the vault scans everything.
The add-on merges into the same ticket, so there’s only ever one card per guest.
Who has the ticket open
When a budtender opens a ticket, every other station sees “Open on POS 2 · name” on the card (and that keeps the lane active on the Board). The tag clears the moment they leave the ticket, finish the sale, or sign out.
